Inventory Clerk – Feltham Area

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and experienced in warehouse operations? A growing logistics and retail business is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join its expanding team at a newly established facility in Feltham.

Role Overview

This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate stock records and supporting warehouse operations. You’ll be responsible for conducting stock counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring data integrity across inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular and ad hoc stock counts with precision
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Verify inbound shipments and record any inconsistencies
• Monitor and correct put-away processes
• Review and validate shipment notices
• Compile reports and manage data to meet deadlines
• Provide administrative support to both internal teams and external clients
• Carry out additional tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with warehouse and stock management systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Numerical and analytical abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable handling large volumes of data
• Working shift hours – 5:00 to 13:30 / 6:00 to 14:30 with 30-minute unpaid break and 14:00 to 22:30 with 30-minute unpaid break – working in rotation
• Working Shift pattern working 4on 2 off or 5 on 3 off.
