International Tax Manager | Global Tech BusinessI’m working with a fast-growing global tech business looking to appoint an International Tax Manager to support their evolving global footprint. This is a high-impact role offering exposure to complex cross-border matters in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. Key areas of responsibility include:• Leading and maintaining global transfer pricing policies, including intercompany recharges and centralised documentation. • Managing the Group's international tax compliance obligations—such as CbCR and Pillar 2 readiness—while keeping ahead of evolving legislation. • Shaping and embedding global tax governance frameworks, supporting non-UK tax strategy, and acting as a trusted advisor across the business. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external advisors to identify tax risks, spot opportunities, and drive process improvements across the Group.
