Job Title: International Payroll SpecialistLocation: Hammersmith Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 WFHSalary: £45,000 - £55,000Contract: Full-Time, PermanentA fantastic opportunity has become available for a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join a fast-paced international payroll team.In this role, you’ll support the processing of complex payrolls across multiple EMEA regions, assist with monthly payroll operations, and contribute to system implementation and process enhancement initiatives.This position is perfect for someone with experience in international payroll who is looking to further develop their expertise in a collaborative and evolving environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing across various EMEA entities
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate capture of employee changes and monthly updates
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and payroll legislation, including pension auto-enrolment requirements
  • Coordinate with third-party payroll vendors to guarantee timely and accurate payroll submissions
  • Reconcile payroll data and prepare gross-to-net reports and payment summaries for approval
  • Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll liabilities, including tax and pension contributions
  • Provide prompt, service-focused support to employee and vendor payroll queries
  • Assist with year-end activities, including P11D preparation and reporting
  • Support the implementation of Workday Payroll UK and other payroll-related systems or tools
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across payroll processes
About You
  • Minimum of 2 years' practical payroll experience, preferably with exposure to multiple countries (experience with Germany and Italy is a strong advantage)
  • Solid understanding of payroll operations, statutory regulations, and compliance standards
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload and meet tight deadlines independently
  • Familiarity with Workday Payroll and ADP Celergo is a plus
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable handling and analysing payroll data
  • Proven track record of performing in fast-paced, high-volume payroll environments
