Title: International Payroll SpecialistSalary: £45,000Location: London – Hybrid (2 days in the office a week)Contact: PermanentWe are recruiting for an experienced International Payroll Specialist to join a leading Accountancy practice in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and take on a varied and highly rewarding role.The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and processing of payrolls for a variety of international clients. You will be required to ensure payrolls are compliant with local laws and regulations and draft timely and accurate reports.Key Responsibilities:• Preparation and processing of all UK and international payrolls for clients• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations• Liaise with clients to ensure accurate and timely information is provided• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports• Respond to client queries related to payroll• Handle any payroll related queries and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner• Maintaining and updating payroll records• Assisting in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures• Ensure that payroll processes are compliant with relevant legislation• Keeping up to date with changes in legislation, regulations and best practicesTechnical Skills:• Proven experience in an international payroll role• Expert knowledge of local payroll laws and regulations• Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of payroll software• Excellent organisational and time management skills• Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailIf you are an experienced International Payroll Specialist with client/bureau payroll experience looking for a new and exciting role, then we would love to hear from you.
