The RoleAs International Marketing and Promotion Manager, you’ll act as the bridge between artists, managers, repertoire sources, and the label’s international offices. You’ll ensure smooth communication and the effective rollout of campaigns across multiple territories—helping independent talent break through beyond their home markets.Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate international marketing and promotional campaigns alongside repertoire sources, lead territories, and artist managers.
  • Oversee and manage marketing budgets across different territories.
  • Partner with the audience development team to grow artists’ profiles globally.
  • Plan and run multi-territory digital advertising campaigns.
  • Create international marketing plans and compile promo reports.
  • Keep repertoire sources and managers closely updated on campaign activity.
  • Book travel and provide logistical support for artists and team members.
  • Assist with press days and on-tour promotional activities.
Skills & Experience
  • Highly organised, with excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with artists, managers, labels, A&Rs, and tour agents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent results.
  • Genuine passion for music and good knowledge of the international market.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own workload.
