International Enrolment Officer needed in Manchester location. This role starts asap and is £15.50 per hour.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Provide a first-class level of customer service to our University Students via phone and email
- Respond to queries promptly and professionally and provide information, support and advice on non-academic queries
- Proactively offer on-going support to our students as they progress through the programme, including pre-registration
- Maintain accurate records and information for students cases, progress and resolutions.
- Make suggestions for improvements to the service offered by the University Service team, and work on the implementation of changes where required
Skills, knowledge, qualifications required for job
- Experience in managing high inbound and outbound phone activities
- Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills
- Able to achieve goals and deadlines as set by the business
- Confidence in dealing with difficult or sensitive situations
- Good understanding of the Higher Education environment
