As International Sales Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving business development across key global markets. Based at the company’s Hull office, you’ll also travel regularly across Europe and globally to meet clients, identify new opportunities, and build lasting relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular visits to customer sites to strengthen relationships and promote services
Identify new business opportunities within a designated international sales territory
Collaborate with other Group companies to maximise market reach and sales effectiveness
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry processes and trends
Prepare and submit detailed visit reports and market feedback
Manage enquiries and orders across both contract and spare parts sales
Respond to customer queries related to quotations and orders
Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely information for customers
Support the team in achieving overall sales and margin targets
Participate in team meetings to shape sales and marketing strategies
Contribute to accurate sales forecasting and reporting
Proven track record in a technical sales role is essential
Background in engineering is essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Confident user of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
A collaborative team player who can also work independently
Additional language skills would be a plus
Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis
Salary : 45000 - 51000
