Are you a confident communicator with a flair for customer service and a passion for supporting sales operations? We're working with a growing business in Sittingbourne that is looking to welcome an Internal Sales Support Executive to their dynamic and friendly team.

What you'll be doing:

• Acting as a key point of contact for customers and the external sales team
• Preparing quotes, processing orders and managing customer accounts
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Supporting the sales team with data management and reporting

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a sales support, customer service or admin role
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills
• A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
