Internal Sales Representative

Rowley Regis / Halesowen | Permanent | Office Based

Monday to Friday 8am- 5pm (8.30-11am 1 Saturday every 2 months)

£25,000- £30,000

If you have a passion for sales and are looking to join a dynamic and growing company, then we have the perfect opportunity for you! My client is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join their team. The Internal Sales Representatives will be responsible answering all inbound calls and upselling offers and web utilisation. The ISR must own any updates on insights and progress on offers. This individual should be the lead character in the Sales Office and be able to co-ordinate the activity within.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify opportunities to switch sell or up sell.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
• Process orders, handle enquiries, and resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales role
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
