Fluid Controls Ltd, a leading UK distributor of high-quality instrumentation and fluid control products, is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales Engineer / Account Manager to join our team at our Head Office in Tadley/Aldermaston.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical sales support and advice to new and existing customers
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and manage enquiries from initial contact through to delivery
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure accurate and competitive pricing
- Support external sales teams with internal coordination and lead generation
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and other internal systems
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in internal sales, technical support, or account management (preferably in an engineering or industrial setting)
- Knowledge of instrumentation, valves, fluid control systems, or related components is advantageous
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a collaborative office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems (e.g. CRM, Sage)
