Are you an ambitious Sales Executive/Account Manager looking for your next sales opportunity? A long-established UK-based distributor is recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to join their dynamic sales team. Based near Wakefield, the role offers hybrid working and a salary of up to £27,000 bonus, along with excellent benefits.

As an Internal Sales Executive, you’ll manage and develop a large base of business customers. Your focus will be outbound engagement — reactivating lapsed clients, increasing existing account value, and uncovering new revenue streams. You’ll provide tailored advice across a broad product portfolio, delivering a first-class customer experience over the phone.

This is a fast-paced, sales-led role ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, hitting targets, and supporting long-term client growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective business customers
  • Reactivate dormant accounts and introduce new product lines
  • Build relationships and grow account spend through upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Achieve individual targets around revenue, margin, and account development
  • Identify new areas for growth across the customer base

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a similar role such as Internal Account Manager, Telesales Executive or B2B Sales Advisor
  • Commercially minded and target-driven with a resilient attitude
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and influence decision-makers
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
