Internal Sales Executive / Sales Support
Location: Bourne End, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum (flexible)
Hours: 4 or 5 days per week (flexible)
The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Sales Executive / Sales Support professional to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Bourne End. This hybrid role combines internal sales with essential sales support duties, offering a varied and rewarding opportunity to help shape the company’s internal sales function.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads and qualify potential business opportunities
- Engage with small to medium-sized companies to understand their needs
- Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure regular client contact
- Collaborate with external marketing and sales teams to improve sales procedures
- Raise orders, process samples, and provide general sales support
- Ensure accurate data entry and customer record management
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in Sales Order Processing
- Proven background in internal sales and business-to-business (B2B) environments
- Strong IT skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive attitude and strong communication skills
- Willingness to help build and shape internal sales processes from the ground up
