They are looking for an internal sales executive to join the covering their sales order process, and offering an un-rivalled customer experienceKey Duties:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business.
- Handle sales inquiries, provide technical support, and prepare quotations.
- Process sales orders and keep customers updated on deliveries.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the external sales team.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure outstanding customer service.
What You Bring:
- Experience in internal sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset—knowledge of drainage systems is a plus!
- Access to your own transport is essential due to travel to and from sites.
