Internal Sales Executive - Compliance Services for Planning & Building Regulations
Location: Borehamwood office
Salary: Base salary with a generous, uncapped commission structure
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £40,000-£70,000+
About The Company
They are a fast-growing specialist consultancy supporting developers, architects, and contractors in meeting planning and building regulation requirements. They deliver services such as SAP Calculations, Overheating Assessments, Air Tightness Testing, and Sound Testing. With strong demand across the UK, we’re looking for a sharp, results-driven Sales Executive to help accelerate our growth.
The Opportunity
This is a high-performance sales role for someone who thrives on hitting targets, generating their own leads, and earning strong commissions based on results. You’ll be responsible for outbound activity, owning your pipeline, and converting opportunities into sales.
