Internal Sales Executive - Citrus Recruit : Job Details

Citrus Recruit are excited to be working with one of the UK’s leading distributors of Security goods. The company has seen huge growth over the last few years and are continuing a path to grow to be the UK’s number one provider. The role of the Internal Inside Sales Executive is to be sales focused, contacting existing and potential customers who have previously requested a quotation. Follow up leads generated by the branches. You will also be processing any orders generated during your sales activity. Working closely with the team you will have a continuous supply of sale opportunities to follow up on. The opportunities to grow in this company are huge, as you grow within your role and see success both by professional development and financial reward. Responsibilities & day to day duties As an Internal Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Develop long term relationships with an existing client base, phone base sales activity and the occasional site visit if required.
• Work closely with the branch to support the customer experience.
• Deal with incoming queries/leads from existing and new customers.
• Produce, sending and following quotations for customers in a timely manner.
• Provide an excellent customer service experience to new and existing customers.
• Support any new customer with their onboarding.

Skills & experience required.

• Ability to work on multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• 2 years in a similar phone-based sales role.
• Excellent knowledge Microsoft office.
