We are delighted to be working alongside our established, successful and highly reputable, world leading technical based client as they seek to recruit an Internal Sales Executive to join their team on a permanent full time basis. Internal Sales Executive

Full time permanent role

Mon - Thu 0845-1715 with early finish at 1600 on Fridays. After 6 months service there will be the opportunity to work 1 day per week from home should you wish to.

Burgess Hill based. Plenty of free parking on site for all staff. Around 15-20 minute walk from mainline station.

Salary: £26300 per annum plus very good staff benefits. Bonus opportunities will easily take earnings to around £28000 or more per annum.

The role:

Responsible for the Business Development and sales support of all customers through their journey of leads, quotations, questions, and contracts with a proactive sales approach. My client is seeking someone who has the ability to engage with customers at all levels and who enjoys prospecting with current and new clients.

Responsibilities / duties:

Ownership for business development of assigned customers.

Management of incoming sales leads to qualification

Generation of all assigned quotations and modified quotes

Follow up of all assigned quotes to order receipt.

Ensure all assigned customer administration, commercial, and logistical questions are actioned

Manage the process for customer account creation to ensure smooth order processing.

Proactive chasing of repeat customer order requirements

Supporting the business development manager, including establishing regular documented internal meetings, including identification and corrective actions for any loss-making business.

Analysis and reporting on customers forecasts

Ensure resulting forecast changes especially to stock purchase and demand are reacted to quickly

Use the most effective communication to liaise with the customers about their order book status

Ensure all CRM data (contacts, leads, customers) are of the highest accuracy and are up to date.

Experience, skills and competencies required:

Good experience within Customer Service and/or internal sales environment, demonstrating strong customer focus with commercial understanding or a strong track record in growing sales.

Self motivated and results driven

Very good written and verbal communication skills

Very good computer skills
