Sales Administrator – Sutton in Ashfield - £26,000 - £28,000Chase & Holland are excited to be partnering with an innovative and exciting business who are currently going through a strong period of growth and looking to recruit a commercially aware Sales Administrator to join their busy team. You will play a vital role in maintaining the company CRM system, supporting the sales team, and engaging directly with customers.In Return You’ll Receive:

Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:
  • Talking to existing customers, following up on samples and upselling to new lines
  • Engaging customers on outbound calls and introduce wider ranges, learn more about our customers and their requirements
  • Managing and maintaining the CRM system
  • Creating managed campaigns and monitoring their ongoing performance
  • Analysing leads and allocate them to the appropriate resources
  • Working with the sales team to manage their time and calendars efficiently
  • Generating monthly progress reports to monitor pipeline and growth for management
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to identify and create opportunities using their data
  • Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline for new opportunities
  • Monitor lapsed customers and coordinate follow-ups through the sales team
  • Proactively call customers to maintain, develop and generate opportunities
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with CRM (ideally Prospect) systems and tools  
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in generating reports and presenting data
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team
  • Results-driven and proactive attitude towards achieving targets
