Job Title: Internal Sales Admin

Location: Erdington

Contract Details: Temp to Perm

Salary: £25,000

About Our Client:

Our client is a leading company in supplier of industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul, providing innovative products and services. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, they have built a reputation for excellence in their industry. They are now seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join their team as an Internal Sales Admin.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales documents, managing client database, and maintaining sales reports
  • Support the sales team in coordinating sales activities, including client communication and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations and timely delivery of products/services
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions or escalate issues as needed
  • Manage product/service pricing, discounts, and promotions effectively
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Generating and following up on customer quotations
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Keeping track of back orders ensuring the order book is delivered on time and in full.
  • Supporting the operational team with converting spare parts, consolidating customer supply chain.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • KACE /KERRIDGE system
  • Previous experience in sales administration or similar role
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Experience in customer service or account management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
