We are currently recruiting for an Internal Account Manager to join our hugely successful Sales team. This position will be solely focussed on sourcing new business. While IT channel sales experience is desirable, it is not essential, and we will consider those with sales experience in other industries if they are willing to learn.

Role Responsibilities:

  • You will be researching, identifying, and targeting new client opportunities, placing phone calls to develop new relationships, striving to achieve trusted partner status with every call you make.
  • You will target new clients, creating new leads from cold calling, using LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • You will be working collaboratively with internal teams across the company in compiling proposals and delivering pitches.
  • You will develop go-to market strategies utilising the tools available within the wider organisation to generate leads and develop engagement plans.
  • You will be constantly looking at ways to be the differentiator in the sales cycle, with the aim to exceed our customers’ expectations.
  • You will also be attending seminars, technology events and other networking opportunities to build your own brand and grow ours as a leader in our field.
  • You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, from providing quick and competitive quotes to assisting with issues regarding invoicing and following up of deliveries.

Experience & Skills:

  • Previous proven experience in IT sales is desirable.
  • Confident cold calling into new and existing accounts.
  • Experience in using Salesforce is desirable.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to deadlines.
  • Ability to hit set targets.

Salary & Benefits:The salary for this role ranges from £25 -30,000 per annum, depending on previous experience within a similar role and agreed annual target. We also have a competitive commission scheme.

Location & Hours:Usual working location will be at our office based in Kemble, Gloucestershire. We also have a flexible Hybrid Working policy which enables a mix of office and home working.

Our working hours are 37 per week: Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:00/09:00-17:30 & Friday 08:30-16:30/09:00-17:00.
