To fuel their expansion in Germany, they’re looking for an internal recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and wants to shape recruitment processes as well as hire top talent.What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment across Germany, from sourcing to onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through creative sourcing strategies
- Partner closely with sales and people teams to understand hiring needs and meet weekly/monthly targets
- Ensure a smooth candidate journey and structured onboarding experience
- Use data and reporting to continuously improve recruitment quality and speed
What you’ll ideally bring
- First experience in recruiting (agency or in-house), with German fluency and good English skills
- Strong organisational skills with a proactive and reliable approach
- Ability to work with structured goals and recurring tasks, with a drive to optimise processes
- A genuine people-person who loves building connections with candidates
- Curiosity and eagerness to grow, learn and use new tools (even AI) in your workflow
