The Role:

Are you ready to lead internal communication that goes beyond updates and creates lasting impact?

We're seeking an experienced and impact-driven Internal Communications & Engagement Manager to inform, engage and inspire colleagues about all we're doing and why. You'll be supporting some of our central teams and be instrumental in bringing our purpose, values, strategy, and activities to life through creative campaigns, events, and guiding senior leaders with engaging communications. Your ability to foster stakeholder relationships, offer strategic guidance, and solve problems creatively will be crucial in driving our engagement initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forging strong stakeholder relationships, collaborating at all levels to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partnering with leaders and managers, providing coaching and guidance on communication and engagement best practices.
• Planning and managing comms and engagement campaigns, that build connection and two-way communication.
• Understanding engagement challenges to help build a collaborative team and improve engagement.
• Supporting cultural transformation and change initiatives.
• Using the levers of engagement to enable high performance and overall business success.

Location: This is a permanent hybrid role, with at least two days a week collaborating with colleagues in person, most likely at our Nuneaton Hub and working where you can be most purposeful for the rest of the week. There may be some occasional travel.

The Person:

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project and campaign management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Expertise in driving engagement and performance through internal communication activities.
• Strong experience of communication processes, measurement, and technology.
• Understanding of engagement drivers and effective internal communication strategies.
• Data-driven approach to measure campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and facilitation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional proofreading skills.
