The Role:
Are you ready to lead internal communication that goes beyond updates and creates lasting impact?
We're seeking an experienced and impact-driven Internal Communications & Engagement Manager to inform, engage and inspire colleagues about all we're doing and why. You'll be supporting some of our central teams and be instrumental in bringing our purpose, values, strategy, and activities to life through creative campaigns, events, and guiding senior leaders with engaging communications. Your ability to foster stakeholder relationships, offer strategic guidance, and solve problems creatively will be crucial in driving our engagement initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Location: This is a permanent hybrid role, with at least two days a week collaborating with colleagues in person, most likely at our Nuneaton Hub and working where you can be most purposeful for the rest of the week. There may be some occasional travel.
