As an Internal Audit Graduate, you’ll support the Internal Audit Manager in delivering audits across a wide range of business areas. You’ll be involved in every stage of the audit process, from planning to reporting, while also helping to manage audit systems and documentation.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the delivery of audits, including process, governance, and risk reviews.

• Assisting with special investigations and unplanned reviews.

• Managing audit documentation and ensuring compliance with internal standards.

• Tracking and following up on agreed actions from completed audits.

• Updating the internal audit system (MyAudit) with audits, action plans, and owner assignments (training provided).

• Building strong relationships across the business and contributing to discussions with senior management.

• Challenging processes constructively and suggesting improvements to strengthen controls.

• Translating procedures into process maps to support operational understanding.

This is a hands-on graduate role offering real responsibility and valuable exposure from day one.

We’re looking for a motivated graduate who wants to build a career in audit, governance, or risk management. The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree (business, finance, accounting, economics, or related discipline advantageous).

• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• An analytical and inquisitive mindset with a logical approach to problem solving.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.

• The confidence to challenge existing practices in a constructive and professional way.

• A team-player mentality, comfortable working under pressure and adapting to change.

• Exposure to accounting or operational systems would be beneficial, but not essential.
