About the client

The Management Recruitment Group is seeking an Interim Resi Property Manager for real estate services provider in London.

Accountabilities

• Client-side liaison with this organisations residential clients
• Work closely with asset management teams
• Day-to-day property management of residential portfolio’s
• Project management of residential property projects
• Management of a broad range of stakeholders
• Assist with valuations, purchases, sales and estate management

Candidate Requirements

• MRICS qualified
• Able to start at short notice
• Experience in residential property management
