Interim Financial Accountant

Salary - £70,000

Investigo are pleased to be supporting this large reputable business based in Hatfield who are seeking a Financial Accountant for a period of 6 months.

The business are heavily audited and this role requires an individual to take control of the disclosures they need to make and ensure the delivery of the timely financial reporting.

Ideally you will have worked in an environment which has tight reporting requirements ideally in a listed environment.

Key Duties

• Support with compiling and preparing accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with standards and accounting principles.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and reporting requirements, keeping abreast of any changes in accounting standards relevant to the sector.
• Support with collaborating with cross-functional teams in gathering financial and non-financial information and insights for regulatory reporting.
• Support with the implementation and monitoring of controls processes and procedures to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud. Collaborate with auditors to address control deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
