Our clientNigel Wright are delighted to partnering with an academies trust in their search for an interim People and Culture Business Partner.The OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Interim People & Culture Business Partner to support a group of academies. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can quickly build relationships, provide strategic guidance, and deliver people-focused solutions that align with organisational values.Key Responsibilities:* Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, shaping and delivering people priorities.* Oversee employee relations and wellbeing services, ensuring they are proactive and solutions-driven.* Lead on workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and organisational change.* Support and advise managers on complex ER issues, including investigations, hearings, TUPE and restructures.* Collaborate with colleagues across People & Culture to deliver effective, sustainable outcomes.who we are looking forThe ideal candidate will have:* Proven experience in a senior HR/People Partnering role.* Strong knowledge of employee relations, organisational design, and workforce planning.* Excellent influencing skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.* Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practice.This interim role offers the chance to make an immediate impact, supporting leaders and teams through a key stage in their development while championing a positive and people-focused culture.ContactFor further information please contact Shona - /
