Interim Payroll Manager - Axon Moore Group Ltd : Job Details

Axon Moore is pleased to be working in partnership with a highly valued, Leeds based organisation as they recruit for a Payroll Manager on a temporary basis. They are looking to recruit an experienced payroll professional with stand-alone and end-end experience.Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will process the weekly and monthly payrolls within the organisation. You will be a critical player in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing support to employees regarding payroll-related enquiries.Roles and Responsibilities:

• Production of weekly and monthly payroll to meet designated deadlines
• Ad-hoc analysis of weekly timesheet submissions to provide data on specific trends
• P11d input on an annual basis
• Dealing with employee queries in relation to payslips
• Processing new starter and leaver information 
• Accurately preparing, processing and updating the Company Pension Schemes.
• Preparation and processing of monthly expenses.

Experience and Skills Required:

• A demonstrated track record of managing payroll processes and systems
• Good Excel skills to manipulate and provide analysis of large data sets
• Detail and deadline driven
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels. 
• Available to start immediately 

This role offers hybrid working and will pay circa £35000 - £40000 depending on experience.
