Interim HR Manager - PE or VC background - Immediate start - 3 months + - LondonYour new companyA leading venture capital business in London.Your new roleAs Interim HR Manager, you will report to the CPO and be responsible for all operational HR matters, including managing the HR system (HiBob), managing year-end processes, managing recruitment, drafting offer letters as well as managing probation etc.What you'll need to succeedCIPD qualified or equivalent, you will have proven experience of working at HR manager level within a PE or VC-backed business where you will have worked at pace. You will have experience of operating across the full HR lifecycle and will be charismatic as well as quick to influence and engage at a senior level. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to an initial 3-month duration working full time from the London office.
