We are currently seeking an exceptional Interim HR Generalist for an initial contract period of 3 months, to join our client based in South London to start ASAP. This interim role is to play a pivotal part in shaping our people-centric initiatives and driving our organisational success.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in handling a diverse range of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address HR-related challenges
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
- CIPD-qualified or equivalent HR professional certification
- Strong working knowledge of HR information systems and data management (ideally i-Trent)
This role is hybrid and will require a minimum of 2 days in the offices in Croydon.
