Interim HR Delivery Manager - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Your new companyWe are currently seeking three experienced HR Delivery Managers to support a critical business transformation project. These temporary roles are not aligned with the standard HR Delivery Manager job description but are focused on supporting structural changes across the organisation and offer a great opportunity to support a business-critical project.Your new roleAs part of a dedicated project team, you will play a key role in supporting line managers through individual consultation meetings related to role changes and potential redundancies. You will be responsible for:

• Conducting and supporting individual consultation meetings
• Managing FAQs and signposting employees to support services
• Guiding staff through internal processes
• Taking detailed notes and updating spreadsheets
• Scheduling follow-up meetings and maintaining accurate records
• Providing sensitive and adaptable support tailored to each situation

What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you must have:

• Proven experience in redundancy processes and individual consultation meetings
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Flexibility to work remotely and attend on-site meetings as required (Huntingdon area)
• Ability to adapt your style to suit different stakeholders and scenarios
