Established in 2008, Oyster Search & Selection specialise in recruiting HR professionals on behalf of a range of clients in Legal, Professional and Financial Services nationwide and internationally. We recruit in to roles for both HR Generalists and HR Specialists on a permanent and interim basis.

We are currently recruiting for an interim HR Business Process Analyst on behalf of our global law firm client. Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with HR Teams to capture , analyse and improve their people processes, to provide maximum efficiency and productivity;
  • Identify and document current core people processes across the global HR function.
  • Conduct process assessments and analyse data to identify and capture local variations and identify areas of improvement and opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
  • Identify and recommend a suite of process performance metrics to ensure ongoing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead and facilitate process improvement workshops and brainstorming sessions.

Candidates should have substantial experience of business process work in a global organisation, ideally in HR in professional services / law firm, together with strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse and interpret global sets of data. Experience with workflow tools would be an advantage and proficiency in process mapping and modelling techniques is essential.
