Job Description :
A highly regarded organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Human Resources Business Partner to lead a pivotal HR change management project. This opportunity offers a meaningful role supporting strategic organisational development while working closely with senior stakeholders and teams. The successful candidate will play a central role in managing a consultation process from start to finish.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the entire consultation process, ensuring timely progress and alignment with key milestones.
  • Act as the main liaison between internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, staff representatives, external consultants.
  • Ensure HR best practices are applied at every stage of the change process.
  • Draft essential documentation such as consultation notes, contractual change letters, and reports.
  • Support leadership representatives with HR insight and legislative context to enable informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate key meetings, ensuring full stakeholder attendance and engagement.
  • Attend and contribute to senior leadership meetings as required.
  • Provide generalist HR support in line with the organisation's values and compliance standards.
Essential Experience & Skills
  • Proven success in delivering and leading complex HR change and consultation processes.
  • Broad generalist HR background with a sound understanding of employment law.
  • Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Highly organised with the ability to maintain accurate records and produce succinct documentation.
Desirable (but not essential)
  • MCIPD qualification
  • Experience in unionised environment
