Interim HR BP - Fluent in Italian, London hybrid 3-6 month duration

Interim HR jobYour new companyAn international pharmaceutical business based in London.Your new roleWorking on a 3-6 month temporary contract, you will operate as an HR Business Partner for a client group based in Italy consisting of sales reps, product managers etc. Conducting business in Italian you will cover a generalist HR remit including recruitment, employee relations, grievances, performance and talent management as well as providing advice and guidance on Italian labour law.What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will be fluent in Italian and will be able to demonstrate having supported a client group in Italy. You will be able to evidence working across a generalist HR remit and influencing and engaging at senior level. Experience in a pharmaceutical or other regulated business would be highly advantageous.
