Health and Safety Manager

We are looking for a Health and Safety Manager to support the operational delivery of H&S functions across our London campuses. This role is essential in maintaining a safe environment for students, staff, and visitors, and involves conducting risk assessments, inspections, and audits.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and audits across various campuses.
- Advise staff on H&S matters and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Promote safe working practices and coordinate training.
- Respond to incidents or near misses and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent Level 3 Health and Safety qualification).
- Membership of IOSH (TechIOSH or above).
- Solid understanding of UK H&S regulations and best practices.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and inspections.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a health and safety advisory role.
