You will be working as an Interim of Finance for an SME based in Fife.

Your new role

As Interim Head of Finance, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the financial operations. You will manage a small team of three, providing support and guidance to them, whilst delivering robust financial reporting and strategic planning. You will drive change across financial systems and processes, whilst fostering strong partnerships across all departments.This role is based in the office 5 days a week.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally, you will be a qualified Accountant, however exceptional QBE's will be considered. You should have strong management skills, and be comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels.What you'll get in return
