Job Description :

A fast-growing company in Hemel Hempstead is looking for an Interim Group Reporting Manager to support the finance team for a minimum of 3 months. This role will involve exposure to senior leadership team, and will be ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to work towards continuous improvement and driving change.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the consolidation process to ensure information is provided to stakeholders within a timely manner
  • Assist with maintenance and development of new system implementation
  • Review the department's performance each quarter, including improving the process by which departments present and explain periodic results
  • Responsible for the delivery of ad-hoc projects to support continuous improvement of external reporting
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to build and implement effective financial policies and procedures on technical accounting queries
  • Lead the audit process, delivering statutory accounts and reporting within required time frame

The ideal candidate:

  • ACA/ACCA Qualified
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong technical accounting experience with a focus on controls, processes and continuous improvement
  • Proven track record in challenging senior stakeholders and to operate with impact and influence
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships

The client is offering c£400 and hybrid working model.
