The Company

This fast-paced, innovation-led technology firm develops enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions for regulated sectors including finance, defence, and critical infrastructure. The business has experienced strong international growth and is investing heavily in its corporate functions to support scalability and compliance. The finance team is based out of a well-connected Central London hub, working in a hybrid model with flexibility built in.

The Role

As Interim Group Reporting Manager, you will:

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidations and reporting.
  • Oversee the preparation of fully compliant reporting packages in line with IFRS.
  • Support the Group Financial Controller with internal control improvements and global policy development.
  • Lead or assist with the year-end reporting process, including the 20-F filing and coordination with external auditors and advisors.
  • Own the compliance risk register and maintain testing plans for SOX and non-SOX controls.
  • Deliver technical accounting support, particularly around complex areas like revenue recognition.
  • Review and/or prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Collaborate across the wider finance function and other business units, supporting international expansion and various ad hoc projects.
Your Profile

You will ideally have:

  • A formal accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Demonstrable experience within a multi-currency, multi-entity group environment.
  • Strong technical grounding in IFRS, including preparation of statutory accounts and technical memos.
  • Hands-on experience in a dynamic, growth-focused environment-comfortable "rolling up sleeves."
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical terms.
  • The right to work in the UK without restrictions, and eligibility for UK security clearance.
