Interim FP&A Manager - IPS Group : Job Details

We’re working with a leading luxury hospitality group in Harrogate who are seeking an experienced finance professional to step into a senior FP&A role on an interim basis. This is a high-profile, commercially driven position where you’ll play a key role in shaping performance, driving insight, and supporting decision-making across the group.The role will be offered for an initial 6 month period with possibility for extension, based 3 days per week from our clients offices in Harrogate.Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the group, including monthly KPI packs, board reporting, and consolidated budgets
• Develop and maintain reporting systems and financial models to support decision making and scenario planning
• Provide insight and recommendations on business performance to directors and senior stakeholders
• Support group-wide projects including reporting improvements, system changes, acquisitions, or disposals
• Partner with site accountants and provide guidance to ensure robust financial reporting across sites
• Produce forecasts, business plans, and ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives

Candidate profile

• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills, comfortable working with large, complex datasets
• Experience in multi-site or hospitality/leisure sectors is advantageous
• Experience using a variety of reporting tools and quick to adapt to new software
