Interim FP&A Analyst - Cedar : Job Details

IntroCedar is currently partnered with an impressive Consumer business to secure an Interim FP&A Analyst, based in Central London. This is a 6-month initial contract, paying a day rate between £350-£450.

The RoleAs Interim FP&A Analyst, you will:

• Collaborate closely with the Sales division to understand performance and provide insights to aid strategic decision-making.
• Build financial models to support the tracking of ROI.
• Create and update reports and dashboards to track key metrics and identify trends, risks, or opportunities.
• Review business proposals, verifying accuracy and challenging discrepancies.
• Lead on monthly financial reporting, undertake variance analysis and provide insightful commentary.
• Review existing processes, suggesting and implementing improvements and operational efficiency.

Your ProfileYou will ideally have:

• A formal accounting qualification (ACA/CA/CIMA/ACCA).
• Previous experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, with a demonstrated passion for working with large data sets and providing meaningful analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Previous interim or contract experience is advantageous but not essential.
• The rate of £350-£450 per day represents a fair value, or logical increase on your previous salary or day rate.
