Interim Financial Accountant - Multinational Manufacturing

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Join a dynamic team at a leading multinational manufacturing organisation in Kettering! We're seeking a technically savvy Financial Accountant with expertise in group consolidations, tax & VAT, statutory accounts, and audits. Reporting to the CFO, you'll play a vital role in financial reporting, working closely with stakeholders and external auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver month-end, quarter-end & year-end financial reporting
• Prepare statutory accounts, corporation tax, and pension accounts
• Coordinate external audits and improve process efficiency
• Ensure compliance with government regulations (VAT, CIS, etc.)
• Maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations

The Right Candidate:

• Part or qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Strong technical accounting skills with proficiency in MS Excel and ERPs
• Experience in multinational manufacturing/FMCG environment
• Effective communicator comfortable with senior management
• Proactive and deadline-oriented with excellent organizational skills
