Interim Finance Reporting Manager - SF Recruitment : Job Details

SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well known Gloucestershire based company who are looking for a Financial Reporting Lead (UK & Europe) for a 12 month maternity cover. This is a fantastic time to join the business as they go through a period of further growth via acquisitions. Reporting into the FC and with good exposure to the CFO. Responsibilities include: - Month end close to include commentary and reporting to Group - Management of audit, tax and technical accounting matters - Balance sheet reconciliations - Development of treasury function to include forecasting and controls This role requires someone with a continuous improvement mindset who is constantly looking for ways to improve processes and systems, ensuring efficiencies are achieved. You will be required to go to Gloucester 3 days per week and 2 days at home. You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and will be used to a fast paced environment whilst also used to being comfortable with the size, scope and scale of a large organisation.
