This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional to make a meaningful impact in a high-visibility role.________________________________________As Interim Finance Manager, you will…• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring timely and accurate management accounts, reporting, and reconciliations• Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring strong financial controls and compliance• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis aligned with business objectives• Improve financial processes and systems to drive efficiency and better decision-making• Monitor cash flow and working capital, identifying opportunities to optimise financial performance• Support external relationships with auditors, advisors, and other key partners• Provide leadership to junior finance staff, embedding a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement________________________________________To succeed as Interim Finance Manager, you’ll need…• A recognised accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)• Significant experience in a Finance Manager or similar role, ideally within professional services or a project-based environment• Strong technical knowledge of management accounting, financial controls, and reporting• A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work at pace in a changing environment• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills• Experience with financial systems (e.g. SAP, Dynamics, or similar) and advanced Excel capabilities________________________________________What’s on offer…• FTC equivalent up to £50,000• Immediate start available• Opportunity to influence and improve financial processes in a respected professional services firm________________________________________Ready to take the lead and deliver results where it matters most?
