Interim Finance Manager - Meraki Talent Limited : Job Details

Meraki Talent are supporting with the appointment of an Interim Finance Manager based in Edinburgh (hybrid working) paying the equivalent of £80,000 on a daily rate.

The Requirement

The business is looking to significantly invest & develop in its infrastructure and systems to as it gears up for a substantial period of growth and highly exciting journey ahead. The Director of Finance is looking to appoint an Interim Finance Manager to provide extra bandwidth and support the function with this pivotal transformation.

The key components will include:

• Leading two Financial Analysts
• Supporting with statutory accounting & returns
• Ensuring robust month-end close
• Developing the MI & Data the function creates and presents to aid strategy, direction and decision making
• Production and presentation of monthly reporting packs
• Financial analysis - pricing, costs, margins, investment appraisal/CAPEX
• Business partnering with senior stakeholders
• Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow analysis

Candidate Profile

We are keen to engage with qualified Accountants that have both experience of financial accounting and management accounting. Those who can demonstrate a passion and track-record of developing utilising data & MI to produce insightful monthly reporting packs to influence decision making & strategy would be of particular interest.

On Offer

The role of Interim Finance Manager is located in Edinburgh with the requirement to be in the office being only 2 days per week and 3 days from home. The position will offer a daily rate equivalent to £80,000 base salary.
