Interim Finance Manager | Historic Performing Arts Venue | London

Harmonic are delighted to be working with a thriving performing arts organization to find an Interim Finance Manager for a 6-month contract Outside IR35.

The Business

Our client are devoted to creating an inclusive space for aspiring creatives in London. Alongside delivering life-changing initiatives to the local community, our client hosts a plethora of live performances from their ground-breaking performing studio that excites and inspires imaginations nationally.

Our client offers flexible working from their bustling office in the centre of London, with the expectation that the successful applicant shall be onsite 3 times a week.

The Role

Following a recent systems integration, you shall manage the month-end processes on the new financial system and prepare deliverables for statutory reports. Alongside overseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, you shall also help embed the new PO system and drive wider efficiencies across the Finance team. Given that it is a new financial system, it is important that you are adaptable and have some experience trouble shooting across charity organizations.

Responsibilities

• Managing month end processes
• Preparing statutory accounts
• Reviewing Purchase and Sales Ledger Processes
• Overseeing AR/AP activities
• Overseeing accounts reconciliations
• Building out processes on new financial system

What we need to see (essential):

• 2+ years in Finance Management role
• Experience in the non-profit sector
• Fantastic stakeholder management
• Adaptable problem-solver who loves to get stuck in

What we need to see (bonus):

• Systems Implementations/Integration experience
• Passion for the Arts

Location: London (Hybrid)

Day Rate: £220-£260 Outside IR35
