You will be instrumental in providing financial stability, driving process improvements, and offering commercial insight to the leadership team.    Location: London (Hybrid working 3 days in the office) Day Rate: £350-£400 depending on experience Contract Length: 6 months with the potential to be extended   The Role:Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations and will play a critical role in supporting key business decisions.  • Taking ownership of the month-end and year-end close processes. • Preparing and presenting management accounts and financial reports to senior stakeholders. • Managing the budgeting and forecasting cycles. • Providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for growth and cost reduction. • Overseeing all aspects of financial control and compliance. • Working closely with the wider business to ensure finance processes are efficient and effective. • Ad-hoc project work, including systems implementation or process improvement initiatives.   About You:The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented and adaptable professional with a proven track record in a similar role. Essential Requirements:• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified• Extensive experience as a Finance Manager, ideally within the media, tech, or a related fast-growth sector. • Strong technical accounting skills and a deep understanding of financial reporting. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Advanced Excel skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with both finance and non-finance teams. • A proactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to hit the ground running.   If you are a qualified Finance Manager ready to make an immediate impact, we would love to hear from you, please apply with your up-to-date CV.
