This business are values driven, these are core to the collaborative and supportive culture they have built.The OpportunityInterim Finance Manager – 12 to 14 Months Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)Responsibilities:- Preparation of weekly and monthly management accounts- Business partnering with production and operations- P&L reporting and balance sheet reconciliations- Product mix and variance analysis- Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts- Management of small finance teamThe Person> Professionally qualified but will consider part-qualified or qualified by experience> Experience in a fast-paced cost-focused environment> Strong communication skills for business partnering> People person helping to coach and mentor junior members of finance teamThe Package+ Salary of £55,000 - £65,000+ Bonus of up to 10%+ 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
