Description
- Provide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting support to key stakeholders.
- Analyse financial performance and deliver comprehensive reports to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and policies.
- Identify and address variances in financial performance, offering actionable recommendations.
- Ensure robust internal financial controls and risk management practices are upheld.
- Contribute to ad hoc financial projects as required to support organisational goals.
Profile
A successful Interim Finance Business Partner should have:
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Proven experience in the not-for-profit sector or similar industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to engage with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including advanced Excel skills.
- A proactive approach to managing financial challenges and opportunities.
