Interim Finance Business Partner - Mitchell Adam : Job Details

A large services business is looking for a commercially driving Finance Business Partner to support The Head of Finance through a busy time of change, this role is available on an interim basis to compliment a restructure.

In this role you will be providing decision support to the sales and marketing team, this is a great opportunity for a qualified operational Finance Business Partner who has experience with non-financial stakeholders in a fast paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include the ownership of advertising/promotional spend, quarterly budgeting and forecasting, as well as the evaluation of trial analysis and marketing campaign performance. You'll be a dedicated Business Partner to the Marketing Director, highlighting opportunities and risks to Directors.

Ideally you will -

• Be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) - ideally with experience within retail or FMCG.
• Confident communication skills to support you in providing financial support and building strong client relationships with financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Have experience working in a similar role with exposure to capitalising on trading opportunities, minimising threats and identifying trends.
• Previous experience working on projects whilst being influential in strategic decision making across the wider business.
