Job Description :

KCR Solutions are delighted to be working for this thriving business in the centre of Newcastle to recruit a temporary Finance Assistant.Your duties will be as follows:

  • Responsible for the accounts payable processes and invoice processing
  • Processing purchase invoices and matching to authorised purchase orders
  • Checking invoices and credit notes
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Adding payments to the payment
  • Checking due dates and following up on overdue payments
  • Preparation of weekly BACS payment run for approval by manager
  • Providing adhoc advice and support to colleagues regarding purchase orders
  • Communication with key stakeholders within and outside of company structures
  • Checking for any discrepancies and resolving any issues

You will have worked in a similar role, have strong Excel and enjoy working in a team.

Salary : 30000 - 35000
