KCR Solutions are delighted to be working for this thriving business in the centre of Newcastle to recruit a temporary Finance Assistant.Your duties will be as follows:
- Responsible for the accounts payable processes and invoice processing
- Processing purchase invoices and matching to authorised purchase orders
- Checking invoices and credit notes
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Adding payments to the payment
- Checking due dates and following up on overdue payments
- Preparation of weekly BACS payment run for approval by manager
- Providing adhoc advice and support to colleagues regarding purchase orders
- Communication with key stakeholders within and outside of company structures
- Checking for any discrepancies and resolving any issues
You will have worked in a similar role, have strong Excel and enjoy working in a team.
