Dynamics 365 Consultant Location: DerbyTemporary contract & Outside IR35Day rate: £500 to £650 per day DOEJob Description & SummaryAlexander Daniels have been engaged by a leading organisation who need an experienced Dynamics 365 Consultant to help transform a failed implementation. This role calls for a motivated and skilled Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Consultant who has experience of turning around failed system implementations. Someone who can come in and process map the end-to-end process, and then work with the business to "fix" the elements that are not working and instil system adherence.The D365 Finance & Operations Consultant will:

• Have expertise in the D365FO Finance area. Other functional expertise in Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Project Accounting or HR will be an added benefit.
• Deliver end-to-end D365 F&O implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover & reporting
• Work with onsite engagement team & client team to gather requirements, determine expectations & finalise deliverables
• Ensure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing
• Demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical knowhow, written & verbal communication & team participation

The successful D365 Finance and Operational Consultant will have the following skills and experience:

• Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 certifications.
• Between 5 to 10 years or more of relevant experience delivering system implemention projects
• Experience/Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies and have strong project management and delivery skills.
• Ability to perform under minimal supervision and perform in changing environments.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Have strong project management skills.
