Interim CFO - Blackwaters : Job Details

Blackwaters is working with a leading mid-market investor who require an experienced interim CFO to onboard a brand new investment in the professional services space.

This business has grown organically to date and is a set to form the platform for a buy and build.

We're looking for a CFO to assist with the first 180 days. Including:

• Full reporting, controls and systems review
• Set up covenant reporting
• Balance sheet review
• Manage relationships with external stakeholder

You’ll be working closely with the CEO, investors and the broader Exec team.

We are looking for an experienced interim who has exposure to post-deal set up and integration.

Ideally you would have experience within a scaling international professional services business

Multiple assignments within PE is a pre-requisite.

London/Hybrid £1000 p/d outside
